Welcome to NewArchStudio. These Terms & Conditions govern the administrative and technical design relationship between our architectural studio and you, the client.

By utilizing our design consulting, civil coordination, space planning, turnkey execution, or administrative panels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the directives outlined within this document.

NewArchStudio specializes in bespoke, client-centric environmental engineering. Our capabilities cover five key architectural phases:

• ■Architecture: Practical, well-planned building drafts customized to your specific terrain, natural lighting, and municipal guidelines.
• ■Interior Design: Detailed material selections, ambient lighting maps, custom wood joinery details, false ceiling layers, and premium styling layers.
• ■Space Planning: Optimization of circulation pathways, structural columns grids, furniture layouts, and customized zoning systems.

The dynamic formulation of project models relies on progressive feedback layers. Revisions to final layouts or material specification lists are governed as follows:

• ■Initial structural sketches include up to **three major revisions** without modifying base fee parameters.
• ■Modifications initiated after client sign-off on Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or during physical turnkey framing phases will be subject to material adjustment costs.

All design project contracts are mapped to a structured milestone schedule matching the execution timeline.

Payments must be executed within **seven business days** of milestone verification (e.g. schematic drawing completion, plumbing drafting, MEP layout authorization). Late payments on turnkey carpentry and civil coordination may lead to delays in vendor scheduling.

All customized plans, layout drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and administrative content published on this digital showcase are the exclusive intellectual property of NewArchStudio.

Clients receive a permanent, non-revocable license to utilize the finalized technical drawings strictly for construction at their specific target property. Redistribution, sale, or repurposing of NewArchStudio design frameworks for alternative projects is strictly prohibited.

For comprehensive execution projects, NewArchStudio acts as the primary coordinator between material suppliers, specialist civil sub-contractors, and quality checks.

While our project managers enforce strict timelines and quality benchmarks, structural completion phases may fluctuate based on municipal check delays, environmental constraints, or materials supply grid variations.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from structural plans, civil execution contracts, or digital services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
